Mr. R.P. Singh joined this
profession in 1956, after completing his Graduation. In 1959,
he did a course in Handwriting and Fingerprint Examination from
the International Criminologist School, Seattle, USA and worked
as a trainee expert with his father Mr. G.S. Mumick from 1956
to 1961. During this period, he also became a Bachelor of Law
from Delhi University and completed his Masters in Arts. From
1961 onwards, Mr. Singh started his independent practice in
Delhi. From Dec. 1966 to Dec. 1971, Mr. Singh also had the opportunity
to serve as a PCS Judicial Officer. From Dec. 1971 onwards,
Mr. Singh has been working full time in this profession and
has handled over 12,000 cases. Mr. Singh today is recognized
as a Senior Expert and holds great command and respect in this
field with frequent appreciation's from the judiciary as well.
Mr. P.S. Mumick
started his profession in 1964 and did a course of
study in Forensic Science from Institute of Applied Science,
Chicago, USA in 1969. Before that he worked as a trainee expert
with his father Mr. G.S. Mumick for about 3 years. He has
had the opportunity of work mainly in the western part of
Uttar Pradesh from the beginning of his career and he holds
the distinction of having worked in over 10,000 cases. He
has a Bachelors Degree in Law and is a Graduate and is a fellow
of the royal microscopic society UK. Mr Mumick has also attained
a status of a senior expert and has acclaimed many appreciations
for his dedicated and hard work in this field.
With Mr. S. P. Singh entering
this field, it is the 3rd generation of the family in this
profession. Mr. Singh is a highly qualified and trained person
holding a master degree in law with a published paper on "Forgery
and its implications under the Indian Penal Law" which
was widely read and appreciated. He has also done intense
study of the subject and has published many books including
the highly acclaimed " The Science of the Document Examination"
and "Modern Forgeries and their Detection". He also
holds a Master Degree in Arts (History) together with a Diploma
in Urdu language from Urdu Academy, New Delhi.
He is also a certified member with the Forensic Science Society, UK and is a member of the Questioned Documents Sub-Committee of the International Association for identification, USA and holds a Diploma in Questioned Documents Examination from the American Institute of the Applied Science, North Carolina, USA. Mr. Singh has also distinguished himself in the field of Graphology where he has analyzed, researched and studied thousands of handwritings and provided assistance to thousands of people in quest of knowing themselves better from the study of their handwriting. Mr. Singh has also published two books on this subject - "Graphology Simplified" and "Analytical Graphology" which, due to heavy circulation, are presently out of print. Mr. Singh has also successfully diversified RP Singh and Co. into the field of Documentation providing state of the art services in the field of documentations, Web-designing and Web-hosting providing unmatched quality, reliability and promptness of work.
